CASSAVA CHEESE BALLS
INGREDIENTS

454 g. Jinca Foods cassava flour
-
½ cup oil
-
3 eggs
-
¼ kg. semi hard cheese
-
2 oranges
-
milk (as required)
-
¼ kg grated cheese
PREPARATION

Cut the semi-hard cheese into little pieces

Squeeze the oranges
-
Mix the cassava flour with the grated cheese and place on a table

Add to the middle of the cassava flour mixture oil, the eggs and orange juice;

Add the milk and knead until there is a smooth dough
-
Add pieces of semi hard cheese; and
-
Form little balls of dough and bake on a tray at 180 degrees Celsius until golden.

Gluten Free chocolate chip cookies
INGREDIENTS

454 g.Jinca Foods chocolate cookie premix
-
2 eggs
-
125ml oil or125 g butter
PREPARATION
-
Grease 1 large baking tray
-
Beat the contents of Jinca Foods chocolate cookie premix , eggs and the oil in a large bowl until a uniform paste is obtained.

Flour the surface of the tray with 3 tablespoons of flour. Knead the mixture until it reaches a half centimeter thickness. Make the shapes that you would like for your cookies.

Bake at 180 °C (350 °f) for approximately 12 minutes.

Remove from the oven and prepare for serving.
