CASSAVA CHEESE BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 454 g. Jinca Foods cassava flour

  • ½ cup oil

  • 3 eggs

  • ¼ kg. semi hard cheese

  • 2 oranges

  • milk (as required)

  • ¼ kg grated cheese

PREPARATION

 

  1. Cut the semi-hard cheese into little pieces

  2. Squeeze the oranges

  3. Mix the cassava flour with the grated cheese and place on a table

  4. Add to  the middle of the cassava flour mixture oil, the eggs and orange juice;

  5. Add the milk and knead until there is a smooth dough

  6. Add pieces of semi hard cheese; and

  7. Form little balls of dough and bake on a tray at 180 degrees Celsius until golden.

Gluten Free chocolate chip cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 454 g.Jinca Foods chocolate cookie premix

  • 2  eggs

  • 125ml oil or125 g butter



     

PREPARATION

 

  1. Grease 1 large baking tray

  2. Beat the contents of  Jinca Foods chocolate cookie premix , eggs and the oil in a large bowl until a uniform paste is obtained.

  3. Flour the surface of the tray with 3 tablespoons of flour.  Knead the mixture until it reaches a half centimeter thickness.  Make the shapes that you would like for your cookies.

  4. Bake at 180 °C  (350 °f) for approximately 12 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and prepare for serving.
